Milk Thistle
Milk Thistle, otherwise known as Lady's Thistle, is an excellent ingredient for sensitive skin and skin that is prone to inflammation. This thorn like "weed" also helps stabilise the honey bee population, which we know is at risk due to poisonous pesticides. In addition, Goldfinches use the furry threads of the flower for nesting material, and it attracts butterflies, especially the Painted Lady butterfly.
This oil is an excellent ingredient for delicate skin types. It's packed with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. By blocking UV rays it helps against skin ageing and unwanted dark skin spots. Milk Thistle oil is a soothing, hydrating, and moisturising oil, leaving the skin soft and smooth after application. It's also detoxifying, preventing flare ups in the skin.
