Are your products all natural?

Yes, we only use high quality plant material in our products. No synthetic dyes, parabens, animal products, or harmful preservatives are used.

Are your products vegan?
All products are made with 100% plant-based ingredients and we follow the EU regulations that no cosmetic item shall be tested on animals. Mist Norwegian Sea Silk contains liquid silk, a by-product of the fashion industry. This may not apply vegans. 

Do your products contain gluten?
We use oat oil in our Soothe Softening Serum, which is said by our supplier to be gluten free. We do not claim this item to be 100% gluten free. Use at your own risk.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We advise not to use Soothe Softening Serum if pregnant. Essential oils should be avoided for anyone who is pregnant.

Where do you source your materials from?
Over 95% of our ingredients and packaging is sourced from Europe.

Is the toll & tax included on purchases within Norway?
Yes, all toll & taxes are included in the final price for purchases made in Norway.

Are duty fees paid on international shipments? (excludes USA)
Yes, we take care of all the duty fees on your order! 

Shipping to USA - are the duties and tariffs fees paid?
No, we do not pay duty fees or tariffs on orders into USA. These fees will be paid by the importer. 

What are the guidelines for disposing your products?
We ask you follow recycling regulations in your local community on how to dispose of our products properly. Our bottles can by recycled with glass recycling. Our aluminium screw tops can be recycled with aluminium. Our pump tops are to be reused until discarded in the regular waste. Our FSC certified paper boxes are biodegradable / recyclable.

All shipping material is biodegradable / recyclable. 

We advise not to pour oil-based products down the drain.
